Vegan Valentine’s Charcuterie + Funky Fauna Pairing

Okay, you lovebirds (including those loving on themselves), we have something different for you this year: a Vegan Valentine’s Charcuterie kit!

Avoid the stress of trying to book a dinner reservation with plant-based “options” and instead enjoy a curated collection of vegan cheeses, housemade chocolate sweets, and delicious bites from A Broken Angel Sustainable Catering.

Whether you’re celebrating yourself in your jammies or just prefer to cozy up and stay in this year with your special someone, order ahead and pick up your spread at the food cart on February 14th between 10 a.m. & 2 p.m. $85. Feeds 2-3+ (plan on leftovers for snacking). Please order by noon on Friday, February 9th.

Menu: Mochaccino cake with raspberry crème anglaise, regional artisanal vegan cheeses, chocolate-dipped strawberries and fresh fruits, pickled delights, candied mixed nuts, jams, and crostini.

A Broken Angel is always animal product free ~ we source mainly organic and pick local/regional vendors whenever possible.

Funky Fauna Saison Pairing:

Did you know our friends at Funky Fauna are busy preparing to open The Doom Lounge at the Pantry, which will be their second taproom? The great news is that while the Lounge is in progress, you can already buy their products at the Pantry. And Funky Fauna is offering a mixed-pack pairing (4 cans) to complement our Valentine’s Charcuterie!

  • Left on Dead ~ Wild rose piquette inspired saison.

  • Liquid Light ~ Wild saison w/ Léon Millot grapes.

  • Blurred Into One ~ Wild saison w/ Léon Millot & Maréchal Foch grapes.

  • Home for the Haunted Days ~ Wild saison w/ Frontenac Noir grapes & heirloom apples.

$22. This combo must be purchased and picked up at the Pantry on February 14th. Quantities are limited — please be sure to reserve your Funky Fauna pairing when ordering the charcuterie, so that we can let them know what quantities to provide.

More from Funky Fauna: Our beers are an interpretation of a historical farmhouse ‘Saison’ with our goal being to make light, dry, and highly drinkable beers with local ingredients. Brewed with 100% Oregon grown malted barley, hops, & native wild yeast cultured from the air in Central Oregon, all our batches are small and ever evolving with the turn of each season as fruits and forageable ingredients come and go.
